SBCPS Mission Statement
• To do all Possible to Bring the natural qualities of pure bred Saint Bernards to perfection by selective breeding.
• To urge members and breeders to accept the Standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only
standard of excellence by which Saint Bernards shall be judged.
• To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed
by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials.
• To conduct sanctioned and licensed Specialty Shows and Obedience Trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club.
• To promote the best human relations between members of this club and between Saint Fanciers everywhere.
• To gather and disseminate all facts and information pertaining to improve the breed, to serve locally as the primary authority and
source of information for any and all who seek knowledge pertaining to the Saint Bernard.
